CISCO PACKET TRACER / OSPF / VLSM

Multi-Site Campus Network Simulation

My role
Network-design contributor in a four-person CS310 team.
Outcome
A simulated campus network with five VLANs, VLSM, OSPF, NAT/PAT and ACL traffic isolation.
Learned
Test traffic that should be blocked as carefully as traffic that should pass.
02 / FULL-STACK DEVELOPMENT

School Administration System

My role
Frontend developer and business analyst in a five-person team: UI design, frontend implementation and requirements gathering.
Outcome
Our team built school workflows for administrators, teachers and students in one Spring Boot application.
Learned
Good technical ideas need clear communication and room for teammates' input.
04 / PERSONAL PROJECT

FLASK / FIREBASE / AI APIS

The GOAT Assistant

My role
Developer and maintainer of the Flask portfolio and its AI-provider integration.
Outcome
Authenticated chat with streamed replies, saved history and Groq-first inference with Gemini fallback.
Learned
A fallback must not restart a response after text has already reached the user.

How data moves. How services communicate. What happens when something fails. These are the questions that keep me building.

I'm from Labasa, Fiji, and currently studying software engineering at USP in Suva. My work brings together backend development, networking, and AI, with a preference for clear structure and useful software.
